Our privacy policy

Why we ask
for your information
We ask for information to
establish and serve you as our customer.
We obtain most of our information
directly from you. We request your name, address,
telephone number. Here is why we need some of
the other information we ask you to provide.

your eligibility for products or services that
may be of benefit to you.
• Financial information
This is used to assess the
eligibility of corporate accounts for any credit
transactions.
Why we ask
others for information about you
With your consent, we may obtain
information about you from third parties, including
a thorough credit check.
In order for us to extend credit
terms to our corporate accounts, we need to know
your credit worthiness. For this reason, we may
contact other suppliers or credit bureaus to give
us information on your credit history. We will
not do this without your consent, but please remember
that if you do not give your consent, we may not
be able to extend credit terms to you.
When we release
your information
We are not in the business
of selling customer lists or information to others.
However, we may release your information to others
in certain circumstances, which include:

credit history with us to other parties only when

We must give information in
response to valid demand, search warrant or other
legally valid enquiry or order. Information may
be disclosed to others to help us collect a debt

Our facilities and computer
systems are protected by alarm systems. Only employees
with proper authorization have access. Our suppliers
and vendors that have access to information are
bound to maintain your confidentiality, and may
not use the information for any unauthorized purpose.
