Gemmell's GUARANTEE:
Gemmell's Garden Centre will credit your original purchase price in the form of a store credit which can be applied to a replacement plant or towards any other purchase. This guarantee applies to trees, shrubs and evergreens.

Plants purchased on sale are guaranteed to the sale price only.

Roses are guaranteed for the duration of the first growing season ONLY (from spring to fall) from the date of purchase. Roses are not guaranteed through the winter.

This guarantee does not apply to annuals, perennials, above-ground planters, bulbs, seeds, or tropicals.

We do not guarantee against losses due to neglect, improper care, severe weather conditions, vandalism, theft, mechanical or chemical injury, animal damage, or pest damage.

In no case shall Gemmell's Garden Centre be liable for more than the amout of the original purchase price.

**If credit is necessary, the customer is responsible for presenting the failed plant material and the original purchase invoice -- please hang on to your receipts!
