Shipping Policy

Introduction

Gemmell's Garden Centre shipping policy is effective December 31, 2016.

At this time we only ship within Canada.

Local pick up is available & encouraged, as we love to meet our customers.
Most orders will ship out within 2 business days. All items will ship together to save you, our customer, additional shipping fees. We do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Shipping fees are based on a combination of weight and box size. Shipping times are quoted in business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been received and again once your order has been shipped.
While we try to ensure all items are delivered on time, Gemmell's Garden Centre cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control {ie: severe weather, service interruptions, shipping delays, etc} with the shipping carrier.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
